Our goal is to find unique products at the best prices around the world and bring them to you, delivered to your doorsteps. Due to the nature of our business, with suppliers all over the globe, shipping time is not our main priority. We do not try to compete with the “same day delivery” or the Amazon Prime® of the world. We foster relations with reliable suppliers with products of great value so you can get the best price for any item you are looking for.

Processing times and shipping times below are average. Sometime we can do it faster! But remember that your product might be traveling around the world before making it home. That’s how we get you the best price for its value.

Domestic orders in the US

  • Processing Time: 2-5 business days
  • Shipping time: 8-14 business days
  • Flat rate: $6.95. We also have free shipping in selected products.
  • Free shipping on ALL ORDERS $50 or more.

International orders

Joum.shop ships products internationally. Available product lines, shipping rates and fees vary depending on the delivery address for your order. Eligible products for international shipping will state so at the bottom of the product description. If there is no mention of international shipping, then the product is not eligible for international shipping.

Look for something like this: “We have warehouses in USA, Europe and China. We will ship from the closest warehouse to your shipping address.” These are the eligible products.

About Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from Joum.shop, you’re responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination. Orders shipped outside of the United States, United Kingdom, or EU countries may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Joum has no control over these charges, nor can Joum predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Note: 

  • Customs offices in some countries or regions require the importer of record to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment. You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
  • Countries / regions that require an identification number include: Brazil, Chile, China, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, India, Israel, Nicaragua, Peru, Qatar, South Africa, South Korea, Taiwan, and Turkey.

About Our Returns Policies

Joum.shop and most manufacturers fulfilling on Joum.shop offer returns for items within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

Joum.shop Return Policy

Items shipped from Joum.shop, including Joum Warehouse, can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.

Joum USA Global Store Return Policy

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery. It can take up to 25 days for an item to reach us once you return it. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

Your return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. Joum USA will automatically refund up to $20 for return postage costs on receipt of the item. If your return postage costs exceed $20, you may contact our Customer Service Center to request a refund of the remaining postage cost. If you return a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you’ll be refunded the full postage cost, as well as your Import Fees Deposit, once your return is processed.

Fresh and Grocery Items

  • Grocery items and wine are not returnable to Joum USA but may be refunded or replaced.

Photos

  • Photos printed products are not returnable to Joum USA but may be refunded or replaced.

Automotive Items

  • If you’ve purchased a defective automotive item, shipped from and sold by Joum.Shop, that is covered by a published manufacturer warranty, Joum USA honors the warranty. Joum USA will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item for the life of the published warranty.

Joum USA Warehouse

  • In most cases, used or open box items purchased from Joum USA Warehouse and shipped from Joum.Shop can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
  • Certified Refurbished items sold by Joum USA Warehouse can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment.

Baby Items

  • Baby items can be returned within 90 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Gifts purchased from a Baby Registry can be returned within 365 days after receipt of shipment.
  • Breast pumps must be returned unused in their original condition with the factory seal and packaging intact.
  • If your return is not a result of an Joum USA error, we won’t refund the original shipping fees.

Clothing and Accessories

  • You can return clothing and accessories up to 30 days after the delivery date.

Collectibles (sports & entertainment)

  • You must return collectible items with a value of $35 or more using a trackable method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured.
  • All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

Collectible Coins

  • Your return must be postmarked within 30 days of the date you received the item.
  • Items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.
  • Graded Coins and Original Government Packaged Coins must be returned in their original packaging, along with any supporting documentation.
  • Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
  • Collectible Coins that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.

Computers and Electronics

  • New desktop, laptops, or tablets purchased from Joum.Shop that didn’t start when they arrived, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in an unopened box can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
  • Joum.Shop may test computers that are returned because they didn’t start when they arrived and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product.
  • Any returned desktop, laptop or tablet that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering may result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
  • New, used, and refurbished products purchased from Marketplace vendors are subject to the returns policy of the individual vendor.

Note: Before returning items on which you’ve saved personal information, such as laptops, cameras, or other electronic devices, erase this information completely.

Digital Products

  • Unless otherwise specified, games, software downloads, and digital purchases are not returnable after purchase.
  • Digital educational resources can be returned within seven days of purchased for a resource that has not yet been downloaded.

Fine Art

  • Fine Art items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method. Items with a value more than $500 must also be insured.
  • All product packaging (boxes, etc.) and certificates of authenticity and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any Fine Art item returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Any Fine Art items that have been damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery, won’t be accepted for return.
  • Before sending a Fine Art return, photograph the item for your records.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards are not returnable after purchase (except as required by law).

Handmade and Customizable Products

Custom, handmade products that have had different customization options, including any configurations, inscriptions, or designs (such as engravings, stamps, monograms, embroidery, embossing, etching or carving) are not returnable, but may be refundable.

Hazardous Materials

  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable to Joum USA.
  • Contact the manufacturer directly for service, warranty, return, and refund information.

Jewelry and Watches

  • Jewelry and watch items with a value of $35 or more must be returned using a trackable shipping method.
  • All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.
  • Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.
  • Items that have been resized, damaged, or otherwise altered after delivery won’t be accepted for return.

Live Plants or Insects

Fresh flowers, live indoor plants, or insects are not returnable to Joum USA, but may be refundable.

Mattresses

  • Mattresses in original packaging are refundable.
  • Unboxed, expanded, and full size mattresses are not returnable to Joum USA. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of product, we will issue you a full refund within 30 days of receipt of shipment.
  • Contact the manufacturer directly for product registration and warranty related information.

Pet Food

Pet food and similar products are not returnable to Joum USA, but may be refundable.

Pre-Paid Phone or Game Card

Pay As You Go (or prepaid) phone cards or prepaid game cards (World of Warcraft, Xbox 360 Live, Wii Points, etc.) are not returnable to Joum USA.

Software and Video Games

Software and video games can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned software or video games that are activated, used, or missing parts will incur up to a 100% restocking fee.

Televisions

Televisions can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned software or video games that are activated, used, or missing parts will incur up to a 100% restocking fee.
